The La Palina Red Label is a brand new release from this year’s IPCPR 2015, and it is now available at the Club Humidor on Huebner Road in San Antonio, TX. This cigar starts off mild to medium bodied (closer to the medium side). In both the aroma and the flavor of this cigar there is a slight sweetness. The retro-hale has a very slight tingle in the nose. Once you get into the 2nd third of the cigar there is a nice roasted walnut flavor and the strength starts to pick up a little bit. Right from the very beginning, this cigar had a flawless draw. It was very smooth and very easy to smoke. There was a delicious transition in the 2nd third that introduced a sweet chocolate taste to the mix.
Overall Rating = GREAT!
